From airport pick-up and hospitality upon the clients’ arrival—including dining and accommodation arrangements—to factory tours, product demonstrations, technical exchanges, and business negotiations, every stage was executed with a commitment to professionalism and thoughtfulness. Prior to the visit, the reception team conducted thorough research into the client company’s scale, core product lines, and collaboration objectives. They prepared relevant product samples, technical specifications, and certification documents; inspected and calibrated production equipment; and set up a dedicated conference room for negotiations. During the visit, accompanied by company executives and heads of relevant departments, the delegation of overseas clients toured the production workshops, finished goods warehouses, R&D laboratories, and product display areas to conduct on-site observations and make detailed inquiries. In the shooting targets production workshops, the clients observed the entire manufacturing process up close—from raw material processing and assembly to final product inspection—and highly commended the company’s advanced production equipment, standardized operational procedures, and rigorous quality control system.
